These terms cover your use of WhatFliesWhen. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the service.

What WhatFliesWhen is

WhatFliesWhen helps you find availability for Frontier’s GoWild pass. Search is free. A paid Pro plan adds seat alerts, release-pattern insights, and multi-origin search. We are a search tool — we don’t sell flights or passes, and we can’t book for you. You book directly with Frontier at FlyFrontier.com and need a valid GoWild pass to travel.

No affiliation

WhatFliesWhen is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Frontier Airlines. GoWild! is a trademark of Frontier Airlines, Inc. We use the name only to describe the product we help you search.

Accuracy of availability

We capture availability on a best-effort basis and show you when each number was last updated. GoWild seats are released close to departure and change quickly, so what you see may be delayed or no longer available by the time you book. When our data pipeline has trouble, we show the last good data with its timestamp rather than hide the gap. We don’t guarantee that a seat shown here will be bookable, and we aren’t responsible for booking decisions you make.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. You’re responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure and for activity under your account. Use one account per person.

Pro subscriptions

Pro is billed monthly through our payment processor. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the billing portal linked in your account; cancellation stops future charges and Pro features remain active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Prices are shown before you check out.

Acceptable use

Use WhatFliesWhen for your own trip planning. Don’t scrape, resell, or overload the service, and don’t attempt to disrupt it or access other people’s accounts.

Service “as is”

The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from availability data being inaccurate or delayed.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above when we do, and continued use means you accept the update. Questions go to alerts@whatflieswhen.com.
